-Now they are calling Tamang mafia. If I were Tamang, I would have sold CBL to EBL and gone to US of A. Why dont NRB, forcefully make Mafia sell their shares? They wont change, they would just wait for political change. |

BAFIA act returned to finance committee by parliament today - ShareSansar, June 21, 2016 on Featured , Latest Since, tamang wont be king for life in CBL, so does this mean, CBL will be sold to EBL? |

Why dont Tamang of CBL go for FPO @ 200, after canceling the merger.
Since, they are talking about change in BAFIA rule so Tamang will no longer be able to continue his regime for life so think about the company first rather than becoming KING and go for FPO @200. |

CIVIL le kamal garyo. from 8EPS now, almost 11 EPS. I was worried will be -5 EPS.
If somebody is planning to sabotage merger (legall), Let me know, I will join the force. Hope Civil break the merger and join with either EBL or Chinese bank. http://www.sharesansar.com/civil-bank-q2-net-profit-decreases-by-11-01-to-rs-15-74-crore-eps-rs-10-83-npl-2-14/ |

That's the only hope left ShootingStar Ji.
Not worried bout lock up, suppose to be for long term investment. Would have gained a lot of capital gain If had invested in other good script. Last year, I promised my self, wont repeat the mistake again. Then CBL happened. Muktinath has been saving me year after year. Thanks ShootingStar Ji. |

lostthinking ,rising,dilbert ji,
Most important thing is how CBL board of directors run the new merged company in future. After all ,they did so hard not to be run under by other good banks. i hope they prove it right. By being one of the new C.bank ,i would say not bad at all, in compare to kumari, laxmi, lumbini, nbb, ncc of their performance of rise and fall over the time . 2016 is their 4th year running from ipo. It's growth rate is not as good as other neither bad NPL like others. Overall is not bad but have to push their best performance to be stay in average. Theirs trading will be locked in for at least 5 months? lets wait and see their 2nd and 3 quarter . Rising ji , i think you hold some big bulk of CBL. My guess is you are pretty much mad coz of merge process and frozen stock . Like you said ,there will be silver line somewhere ,sometime ,somehow. no choice but have to wait . hope one day it pays you handsomely and all their shareholders, till than enjoy the show of muktinath ,hahah ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Dilbert Jee!!!
If so then, what happens next? ILFC ko 17% CBL ma add bhayo bhane total NPL wouldn't be more than 3.32%. NPL ILFC =17% of 1.32 Billion, i.e. 22.4 Crore; NPL CBL =2.54% i.e. 60.96 Crore around; total NPL =around 75-80 Crore; and total NPLwould be around2.70% in overall; but with its merger it will expand business as accordingly and compensate its NPL. Additionally, they have their common defaulters, and would be assumed to solve this issue writing off by selling the None Banking Assets. Hope the price would go above 300.00 |

Dilbert Ji, I heard, if during swap ILFC gets 80 as mentioned, then 40 crore from the swap will be given to CBL. So cbl may get around 15% extra.
Hope all the general share holder vote against the deal. Hope icchya raj tamang die before the deal is signed. |
