Who are buying CBL? Why? Is it because its price is too low or there is some news.

Any body knows about the price of its property? Has a big property (head office- it is CBL's, right? not some rented or belongs to CIVIL Group? Price must have increased a lot)

CBL- my biggest blunder turning out to be

EBL approached 4 banks and one of them is CBL. Why CBL is not accepting the deal? Khate tamang and maharjan- some body need to marmat them. EBL can take all four of them and still need to issue right share too.

Hope there is silver lining somewhere ShootingStar ji.
Still think price is way low. Worst than Grand was which had close to 80% negative reserve. HOpe they dont get any company to merge and hope some god bank buys CBL.

I think CBL is losing because of 3 main reasons
1. Huge investment in real state ,housing , complex which is in loss after big earthquake and current nakabandi.
2. No good capital increment plan and they want to lead or stay in upperhand in management and directors. I think there will be cold war in management after merging so many Bad BFIs. There are much better deal in other BFI's.
3. Last reasons,definitely they (Head of board director)are too selfish that try to crash the stock market by forcing NRB to amend Capital plans. After that investor lost the faith,so Most of the investor sold CBL and less buyer.

Planning to be a big investor in next 5 year.

Now CBL has become the worst among banks. Price even below GRAND which had close to 100% loss.

Why price so low? Can believe two person- maharjan and tamang can destroy 30 arab bank, with just their name.

Any News? Financial or director/CEO resigning or getting fired or going to jail?

8 lakh loss.
