broker no.16 ko behave pani rude rude nai chha. he must be ignored .

I visitited broker office again today. They said, we were late ro send the signature namsari by one day, how iresponsible they are. since i had signed it two months ago, they had not send, they too unprofessional, they said, i will get divident after sometime after taking it from seller, they also said there were 6 more namsari like mine which was not sent in time, just because broker office didnot know about book close, how funny they are...

The simplest way is how much amount u have to Receive from dividend...if it's rs 1000 and give buying order of 10 Kitta of TDBL and pay Deducting rs. 1000 ...do not give any broker commission...this is how i have treated my broker in a same came...but it was of bonus...around rs.40000. i waited for six months...but they say tomorrow...and the next day i did the same as i mentioned above..

I agree with above opinion. It's broker fault.

no doubt, the broker must bear the loss u have incured due to broker's irresponsible work.

sometimes it might be but your loss must be penalized by that broker 16.

I want to share my experience dealing with broker 16. I had bought TDBL shares about two months ago and went to broker office the following day and paid. I went agen after about 10 days and signed the share purchase form " Naamsari". Now today I went to pick my divident for the same purpose I had bought that dev bank script. But , unfortunately the share ragister didnot find my info on their system, I also gave them my purchase receipt, they didnot find, they told me to get back to broker 16 and ask wheather the namsari was sent or not, I went to the broker but the employee who handles the naamsari stuffs was absent. Whose fault that might be? I have not seen the brokers professional.
