Registrar to share .. RTS is like the place where u go to pick up ur bonus share / cash divident .. to verify your signature .. etc .. like civil capital market .. or elite capital etc ..

"Nata Pramanit" is a long process.

Go to ward...get "Serjimin". Go to police...get "Serjimin" from them...then go to concerned "Nagar Palika/ Ga. Bi. Sa." for "Nata Pramanit".

Take the "Nata Pramanit" and "Mritu Darta" to NEPSE, fill out several forms and pay the fee. Take the paperwork from NEPSE and take it to the RTS. Pay for "Paitish dine haak dabi".

RTS will take their own sweet time with the notice. They will publish the notice ONLY if they have enough notices.

After the 35 days of the notice, they will start the process. Then you have to hope and pray that the company does a quick job.

Mine took me almost 8 months for all the process to finish. So, good luck.
