Registrar to share(RTS) mean who has name transfer our share. For example -Ace capital,NMB capital etc.

No it isn't possible.It has necessary to split by RTS.

Suppose I have 100 kittas of shares of ABC co. Can I sell less than this (eg. 30 kittas) through broker. Do I have to split my certificates or not? Eager to know and thanks in advance......
