Yo sabai operational incharge le ghass khayera ho. I am the boss vandai khursima khutta halaudai baschan hola ani yestota vaihalchani ( and I don't think this kind of attitude will chage). If the person incharge is a man of dicipline s/he want the same from other acquaintance if not then staff le je manma lagcha teigarcha and finally you get all the complains regarding the poor performance and bad attitutude from person whose job is to provide better service to customers

I had also encounter same problem like the forum member has complained of but I didn't stay mute, I responded to their such attitude. I had a hot discussion with the BM in two banks and in other one I gave full advice to the employee about how a person hired to provide services should act and behave like

Attitude, attitude too much attitude.....

centurary is good in putalisadak and new road branches,, they smile and ask us to sit, when we get to table. they have young employess.

Bank of Kathmndu, new road sucks, the worst bank in whole world. Staffs have attitude.When we go there to give business to them, they think we are bothering them. they should shut that branch, even the atm shutter is down after 2 on friday. Bullsit bank.

Of the bank I do more or less regular transaction I didn't like the cservice of NABIL New road may be its coz they are always too crowded (Kupandol branch was comparatively better) overall not the best experience. I have to agree with Kumari Bank, Newroad and Putalisadak. Himalayan Bank is may be relatively better. I do have my account in NB Bank (Bhaisepati) staffs are really helpful may be due to a much laidback setting, Century bank was not bad too.

BANK OF KATHMANDU, JAWALAKHEL IS THE WORST OF ALL I'VE EXPERIENCED.

INFACT BOK ON THE WHOLE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

I DON'T KNOW WHY NEPSE CHOSE SUCH A CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY BANK FOR THEIR TRANSACTIONS, BOK REALLY SUCKS.

IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE NIGHTMARE THEN YOU SHOULD OPEN ACCOUNT AT BOK THEN YOU WILL KNOW ....

bank ka employee haru bata tini haru ka BAD/Poor attitude ko face gardai aayeko chu .. ..they discriminate among customers ... aba sabai jana chinekai manche haru lai matrai service dine vaye .. account ni chinekai haru lai matrai kholnu dinu paryo ..
ra BFi ma paisa rakhnu ko khali we have just one reason and that is security .. aba Interest bata kai huncha vanne ta din ta gaye
.. aarko hamrai paisa bata uutheka bank ra hamrai paisa bata TALAB khayeka .. employee haru bata hami le naramro behaviour sahanu parcha tyo chai IRONIC nai vayo jasto lagcha ..

ra BFI ka employee haru bolda ni paisa parla jasto garchan .. aaja kati jana ta source force ma jagir khayeka haru kati chamkera hedika hunchan .. especially NIBL putalisadak and Kumari Putalisadak

maile yo saab lekhnu ko reason chai .. pakai pani BFI related manche haru pani yo forum ka member huna sakchan .. and they may realize .. about their behaviour .. nd try to correct them .. and other may not suffer like i did from time to time .. since we don't have any proper channel to complain ..

ra aanya sathi haru lai ni testai proble vayeko vaye .. pls post .. may be like this we can make them realize :-(
