There is a report in the papers that CIAA is investigating banks for possible financial fraud (i.e., asking them for list of people who have taken out loan worth over Rs 1 Cr through NRB) which is preventing BFI's from giving out 1st Qtr report on time. Maybe NICA is one of the banks under investigation.
