Manipulation not exactly. Actually Investors dont have trust on B and C category financial institutions. This is the very reason share price of alpine not so high and below networth.

Alpine's Financial statements are good enough and it is within corporate governance. However share market does not prove it, why do you think so? Share market is undergoing manipulation !!!!
