Looks like AHPC applied for right share on 067/12/18 and SEBON asked for comment on 068/01/15 but AHPC hasn't send it back yet.

It has been on the AGM agenda for few years now. However, it's not on SEBON's right share pipeline list yet. So, they maybe haven't applied for it yet.
