WDB performance is better than a commercial bank. though its secondary price is under valued its due to broker manipulation (net worth is 149 and secondary price is 95!! its a mock) and there are few number of shares in public n market and u will never get such amount of shares in that price. so u sud go for rights sahre without any hesistation.
