शेयर बजारमा आएपछि सबै कारोबार पारदर्शी गर्नुपर्ने भएकाले पनि यिनीहरु शेयर बजारमा आउन चाहदैनन् /

It is because there are no regulators for these companies unlike banks and insurances. Company registrar in colaboration with government must specify the regulator for all the companies registered on company registrar.

I think it's because NCell is not governed by the same entity as BFIs. BFIs are compelled by NRB to go public within two years but NCell, if it so chooses, do not have to go public. Same as UTL, Hello Nepal, Nepal Satellite. Also, companies like Sipradi pay a huge amount of tax and yet they don't have to go public if they don't want to.

So unless the government makes it necessary, or desirable to go public, they will stay a private limited companies.
