दुबैलाई फाइदा हुन्छ "Axis" बैंक को शेयर होल्डर हरुले "ए क्लास" बैंक को शेयर प्राप्त गर्छन मर्ज भएर नया बनेको बैंकको नाफा बढ्छ थोरै लगानी मा शाखा विस्तार हुन्छ शेयरको actual value को आधारमा मर्ज हुने हुदा अन्ततोगत्वा सबैलाई फाइदा हुन्छ पुंजी वृद्धि भएर लगानी गर्ने क्षमता बढ्छ So, no one have to be worried about merge. तर यो मर्ज हल्ला मात्र पनि हुन सक्छ |
