long term ma ta ramro nai dekhi raheko cha.....but what u can do is that u can buy NBB now take the dividend and then sell it and then buy NHPC....this is what i have done

If you are going for the ipo of Sanima keep in mind one thing that you won't get return in the starting years coz the project won't be completed at the given time period . It takes more than a year to complete it and after it complete it it won't get enough market in illam and neighbor district coz its cost will increase to cover the whole market. I've heard it from the official person so think before investing coz it's your hard earned money

that means this IPO for long term only...if it is so then I think we can buy later in secondary market too, can't we?
After allotment and listing what will be the expectation price in NEPSE?

I think Raju ji is absolutely correct on his assessment of Sanima Mai Hydro's dividend payout model.

1 yea pachhi electricity utpadan garna suru hunchha, 2 year pachhi EPS count huna thalchha, 1 arba 20 karod ta loan liyeko chha, first ma tyo tirchha. Sayed 2/3 barsha lagi halchha hola. Tesaile 2/3 year pachhi Rs. 5 Cash dina sakchha. Loan pura natirda samma ta dividend ke paunu ra?
