Which ever comes first, I think, it will not make any difference the number of share you will get.
What I mean is if you have 'X' number of shares now, your right share will be (10X:3) and bonus share (10X:2). For example, if you have 100 shares now, you will get 30 shares from right offer and 20 shares as your bonus share. The MNBBL have already published the notice regarding the 10:3 right share so I think bonus share will be only after the right share
|

First bonus. Because they calculated their EPS for the amount of shares before rights.

Bonus shares and cash dividend of
