I would prefer they didn't sell it for at least a year.

If it is true, i.e. being sold off by Siddhartha Mutual, then it is not fair.
Some kind of restrictions must be imposed upon these mutual funds whereby they can dispose of only a limited number of shares which they have acquired on preferential basis. For eg, for the IPOs which they get on preferential basis, they should be allowed to sell, say, max 10% only for the first 3 months? |

Sathi haru, I also came across one news about complain being filed against siddartha mutual fund and NIDC capital market in sebon and akhtiyar durupyog anusandhan bibhag for illegally getting share tender of NCM Mutual Fund. And the case is pretty strong.

My Friends,
These shares are being sold by Siddartha Mutual Fund, As far as mutual funds are concerned they are called the "MARKET MAKER" of an economy but here in Nepal for their conservative vision and lack of proper rules and regulations from sebon they have become "MARKET DESTROYER". If they want to sell off shares immediately after the IPO is listed immediately then why they get the preference above all the investors and get incentives from the government??? Just to show their NAV on the positive side and get highly paid salary with bonus they ruin the market. This Siddartha Mutual fund is highly unprofessional. I am going to complain about this mutual fund in sebon yadi sathi haru le pani complain garna chanu bhako cha bhane u can visit this sebon website http://www.sebon.gov.np/content/contact-us Together we can and we will make difference. |

While all other brokers are struggling to push for big quantities, Broker 56 has easily sold off thousands of Mega Shares. Do you think there is some kind of manipulation from them?
