Any how market le chai 900 ra 2500 ko mitho sapana dekhne mauka chai deko chha.

I don't know where the index will be by next year but I support Deepakji's view that some of the sectors are still overpriced. Sentiment is quite weak now. No confidence in investor about market. Perfect time for prices to break low.

Disclosure: I am almost 80% invested right now and looking for more opportunity as index heads lower.

Deepak ji, what about micro finance index?
The most overvalued segment in Nepse even in current time.

Shouldn't it fall by 30-40%?

AS 1185/- BREAK DOWN ON NEPSE INDICATES THAT WE ARE ALL SET TO HIT NEW 52 WEEK lOW:-

1. LIFE INSURANCE INDEX WHICH IS CURRENTLY @ 5340 IS ABOUT TO CORRECT HEAVILY AS ITS IS TRADING IN 5 YEAR FORWARD PE MULTIPLE ( i see correction in Life Insurance Index from 29% to 38 % Life Insurance Index level between 3300-3800 )

2. NON LIFE / GENERAL INSURANCE INDEX CURRENTLY @ 5537 IS ABOUT TO CORRECT 20% -29% FROM THE CURRENT LEVEL. INDEX RANGE BETWEEN 3940-4450

3. HYDRO POWER STILL HAS A ROOM FOR CORRECTION OF 12% - 20% FROM CURRENT LEVEL. HYDOR INDEX TO BE IN RANGE OF 980-1080

4. BANKING INDEX STILL THERE IS ROOM FOR CORRECTION BETWEEN 8%-12% WITH BANKING INDEX RANGE BETWEEN 920-960

5. DEFINITELY WE WILL ALSO WITNESS NBL TO HIT BELOW ITS FPO PRICE OF 290/- LEVEL
