EBL 20% Cash Dividend.
Whether with LBL or others, EBL aims at M & A. That's how it'll grow stronger. http://www.nepalstock.com.np/uploads/files/news/b2d98830908417950294e0b12ad70f7c.pdf |

SANIMA to come with 14% cash.
World Bank, IMF and the government...all want to reduce the number of banks in Nepal. This has been well-communicated. Raising paid up capital again (without rights issue) at one hand with new incentives at the other one is the feasible idea. We could guess continued bonus shares, big mergers and acquisitions ahead. But if a bank declares only cash dividend, can we guess it's eying at merger or acquisition? |
