No surprise if 'Merger Cancelled' news comes very soon to drag LBL below 220 again.
Because BK knows well how to grab it lower.
Even if it happens, SWAP ratio won't be more than 45.

Looking at the Market Price of Laxmi & Everest !! It looks like the Merger between the 2 bank is unlikely !! Seems like its going out to just mere Hoax !! Even if the Merger happens 100:50 is Unlikely for sure !!

If it happens then It might work out at 100:40 Ratio !!


What is Personally feel instead of LAXMI / EBL Merger i see LAXMI / HBL MERGER MORE LIKELY ON CARD !!

If that happens between LAXMI & HBL the Ratio will be worked out at 100:50 for sure !!

B'coz rumors also there in the Market that A Class Banks again need to increase their Paid Up Capital from current 800 Crores to 1500 Crores !!

Rumors between Ebl and Laxmi mergers was from a year ago
but ratio recently Rumors Ebl and Lbl 100=50

We got other Rumors for mergers on town too
RBB & NBL
HBL & BOKL
NICA & NMB
JBL & MEGA

if they merge with each other then which bank will be more benefited ?
share price of lbl is increasing but ebl is decreasing why ?
if i have 100 kittas of ebl then how many shares of ebl be added to my portfolio.
