Thank you so much for the clarification.
what do you think about how long will NMB or NBL FPO take to be listed in NEPSE for trading? |

To the best of my knowledge, the shares show up on our Demat accounts only after they have been listed in Nepse for trading!

The reason could be :-
1. May be you have got the allotment of shares but not yet created in your D'Mat A/c. 2. If shares were already created in your A/c and now it is not showing in your balance in your D'Mat A/c then your DP ( Depository Participant) must have used your shares for short lending to others or for self which is basically non- compliance for which you can file a complain against them to concerned bodies like SEBON !! 3. 0r its just a technical error the general excuse used by DP ![]() ![]() 4. Others like if you have got as bonus shares may be tax due is there as in some cases company dont bear that tax liability as pass on that tax liability to the investor !! ![]() ![]() Keep one thing in mind none of the question is silly in this world !! But the question must be not in that high level of Priority to whom you asked it !! « Last edit by deepak_mm on Tue Aug 14, 2018 8:40 am. » |

I am new to the share industry. I applied some IPO/FPO through Meroshare and got few units of shares. I am wondering why my IPO/FPO shares are not listed in Meroshare DMAT account? What might be the reasons? Sorry if this question is silly.
