This kinds of scrips such as Support and Unnati Micro-finance reminds me of the old days spend in India !!

These kinds of low Capital base company used to be favorite for those People holding Black Money for Money Laundering Purpose. They Buy and accumulate these scrips at fair valuations and make it move up. They make it move to such high level that's normal investor never busy this bubble up scrips. Once their Target price is achieved the Main guy Sell those shares which he bought earlier and those shares were bought by his associates as they were being funded by the main guy only. for purpose of layering he creates multiple buyer for it.

Let say he bought @ 300 and when price moves up to 3000/- he sell those @ 3000/- and his associates only buy @ 3000/- level. Now he has made whopping 2700 profit which is fully white. Later his associates sells that too may be from 3000/- onward to 1000/- . so now 2700 full white money & his associates selling prices of such scrips becomes the additional profit.

Disclosure : - Well this is just an experienced shared, here i am not claiming that in reality the Money laundering is happening in these 2 scrips.

Peoples buying support and unnati etc microfinance share @ 1300 /1700 whose EPS are 3 -5 Rs & PE above 150.
