If over draft had fell from UNLIMITED to 50lakh then, it could have affected. It has come down from 75 to 50.

Reduction of personal loan - revolving line of credit - Overdraft nature to 50 lakhs (from 75 lakhs) doesnt affect stock market (While Ambika Poudel & Alike Made Issue of It) - Let me explain why

1 - If a person has 75 lakhs existing credit - than it will be reduced to 50 lakhs - BUT HE CAN TAKE HIS WIFE OR CHILDREN TO BANK AND GET 25 LAKHS OD IN HIS WIFE OR CHILDREN NAME - HENCE TOTAL LIMIT WILL BE 75 LAKHS - NO PROBLEM AS SAME COLLATERAL SHALL WORK

2 - A personal has 75 lakhs existing credit - than it will be reduced to 50 lakhs - than he can take TIME LOAN or TERM LOAN and get 25 lakhs easily and maintain total 75 lakhs credit easily

.....Hence this reduction of limit does not necessarily adversely affect the stock market......as borrowing can be maintained by taking same OD loan from another member of EKAGHAR PARIVAR OR by taking time loan/ term loan FOR fulfilling the gap.....
