http://sharesansar.com/sadmin/uploadnews/z9p29i0mchdz5xu2sk.jpgPlease view this site, board has authority to choose company for merger and start procedure. After they confirm most of the things, they should approve by 16th AGM. In this regard, if they declare the name of partner company once, they may stop transaction of share. Please suggest, if I am wrong.
