As in my previous post here I had mentioned to rising ji profit margin above above 5% I consider it as thagi. Seems NRB has implemented this idea and has pressurized bank to maintain spread of 5%. Strong initation by NRB.

Lawyer ji, I am not talking about big clients who have their own legal team and their agent in bureaucracy and politics.

I am talking about small tax payer, who dont/cant/wont go to tax office for tax rebate.

As per meeting between assistant secretary and investor forum, secretary talked about rebate of CGT (as if it is possible in Nepal for small tax payers).

Help small tax payer getting back 20/30 thousand rebate and get commission of 5/8K from that rebate.

If there are many taxes which can be rebated, our customer base could grow to lakhs.

Later we could bribe bureaucrats and politicians and later black mail them and help small tax payer in rebating 99% tax paid and make more commission.

There are few tax based lawyers in kathmandu who serve as tax adviser as well. I have few friends who have recently started a similar nature of firm recently and as they don't have big clients they have resorted to the traditional lawyering.
The problem is each and every big business person or company has recruited CA and business lawyers (I am also working in one of a big financial institution of Nepal) who serve them as their tax advisers. If one can attract big clients in the condition that they will feel safe to provide us with their financial information then this is a lucrative business in Nepal.
P.S. Income tax act has very limited spaces for legal tax planning in Nepal.

Good idea I would had joined your team but I can't as I consider profit margin above 5% as thagi. If you can reduce ur margin from 25% to 5% then alright !!
You should reconsider on ur idea on tax refund margin !!

Any tax experts and/tax lawyers out there. I would like to join in as an investor. Share of which we could list in the NEPSE.

During yesterdays meeting between assistant secretary and investor forums, ***. secretary talked about tax rebate regarding CGT.

(As if tax rebate is possible in Nepal especially for individuals and small business. Had bau of kp oli, yuraj k has ever approached tax office for rebate?)

What this company would do?
- approach tax payers and help them in tax rebate. And we can take 25% commission on tax rebate.
- advice customer in reducing tax liability.

By the way, any body know, what are the taxes we pay can be rebated- road tax, VAT, property tax, CGT???

Let's talk about CGT- CGT is 7.5%, but income tax is 1% for up to 4lakh. I guess many investor make less than 4 lakh but they are too lazy (even I am too lazy and dont want to go to govt office, its like hell) but they pay 30K.

When they could only pay 4k. So if we help them to get 26K tax rebate, we can make commission of 6.5k from one customer.

And there could be lakhs customer out there. 100000*6500= Revenue 650000000Rs. That's like 65 crore.

If we list our company and our company's capital is 10lakh. EPS would be 65000Rs/share. And market price of the share would be 1300000Rs. And market capitalization will be 13billion Rs.

Tax rebate in Nepal??? Nepal singapur nai banai sakyo ke ka ho oli budda le. Ke Yuraj k le singapur ra nepal autai ho bhanthane cha.
