Only Hotels and Industry's bonus is tax exempt. Not for other--- see Bidhayak clause 252.
There is no clause stating development bank tax exemption. Sorry bro |

Budget 2075/76 increases Capital Gain Tax; Individuals to pay 7.5% and Institutions to pay 10% for gain in stock market
Looks like big player will invest big very soon. And when NEPSE becomes green for a few day, new and small traders will join. विदेशी कम्पनीले सूचीकृत कम्पनीको सेयर बिक्री गर्दा गर्ने नाफामा २५ प्रतिशत पूँजीगत लाभकर तिर्नु पर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ । This seems to be law for foreign investment in NEPSE. Players will highlight this topic so as to take advantage of it...but we should be and we definitely are aware that capital gain tax is levied on earnings not on our assests or capital. So if u gain more than u will have to pay 2.5 PC more and vise versa. so there won't be long term effect on stock market
