Now I have read some major points in the "white paper", They have written problem and says, we need to solved those problem.

They gave a few solution solution too.

Let's take this positively. Since, they have Identified the problems and say, problems needed to be tackled, this is positive.

In banking, they say liquidity crisis, interest rate crisis are problems- loan from international market is the solution they have given. NRB is drafting rules about bringing loan form international market.

What about cash outside the system- bfis' capital and reserve???



They say- problem with share market is volatility and not able to full utilization of "future market". Those are the main problem "future market" is directly associated with - to solve it they are talking about reform and institutional investor.

(White paper does have stated problem with BFIs and "future market" and given solution in brief- I am happy)

After there is reform in the "future market" and introduction of institutional investor- "Future market" will become stable and when Liquidity crisis will be solved, then further growth will be determined by fundamentals not threat, fear, propaganda, dumping of shares......

I think honest Investors should be happy.

If bureaucrats dont immediately implement White Paper, they should be sacked.

Well Aries Ji i speak facts and i speak on ground reality !!

I never felt happy when NEPSE fall :-

1. Well on Monday i didn't commented anything but the Market crashed by 51 points.

2. On Tuesday also i didn't commented and Market fall till 1135.10 and made a u turn recovery and manged to close with 38 points gains.

3. On Wednesday The Market closed flat with 2-3 point loss that day i had said if it closed above 1200/- then the short term Pain is over in the Market with resistance seen @ 1220/-

4. On Thursday i didn't commented anything and Market managed to close above 1220/- slight above its Resistance Level.

5. For Sunday i am forecasting that Market will see Profit Booking By short term traders which is imminent.
