Reply Another Bad Day for NEPSE Today :- Today NEPSE made a new 52 week Low @ 1374.11 and closed @ 1374.73 with is a Very Dangerous Sign as per TA.
NOW As Per Technical Analysis the Bottom in the market has not yet formed, We May see further Pain in the Market in days to come... Deepak Jee, You would be incorrect. Today wasn't a fresh 52-week low. The same week last year, NEPSE had closed at a low of 1,294.19 points and was recovering from a low of 1,218 few weeks earlier than that.

Today Sell off in the Market was purely Retail Sell off as Big Investor were in the side line of the market to watch the Retail Behavior as there was no sell off by them. Retail Weak Participation was a dangerous sign in the market !!!! AMEN for NEPSE !!!

Nothing is cheap or expensive !!! it depends on the Pocket size of the Investor !! For Crorepati 10,000 has no value but for Lakhpati its has a medium value but for bhukka its a big value !!!

Bajarguru ji, your argument is somehow logical but the PE ratio of land is very high in Nepal. Rather stocks are cheap. But the tragedy of stocks in Nepal is that they have not so huge scope like workshire Hathaway and Tata steel companies. So logic behind trading is not weak here.

Agreed with lbs ji. Huge capital required for real estate sector. Difficult to sell in downtrend and is highly volatile regarding monetary policy of nepal.
But lbs ji euta counter agrument garaum hai. Land can be used for rent or farming. Es le productive sector ma help garxa.
So real estate isnt that bad. If one has the vision to use it. Trading j ma gare pani ghatak huncha. Ali long term sochnu parcha hola.

Friends, the big difference between real estate investment and stock investment is that you can't exit from real estate in down trend and have to stuck for years without any dividend but it is not in stock .

Bazarguru ji, I used to thing, Stop loss meant stop selling below certain price . Turned out, its just the opposite. I told my self, not to sell below 1700 level. Buy when undervalued, sell when over valued should be only principle. But cause of depression, so called experienced too, especially big ones sold at a huge loss hoping to buy back at even lower price. How are all of them going to buy back shares, only god knows?? Holding and keep on buying is the only strategy for me when market is this low. you are doing a good job. Somebody ji, for me, if you have money you can buy house whenever you want. But just cause having house does not bring you money. I will buy house only when selling 5/10% Share would be enough to buy a good house. I have been telling friends, sell house, invest in share and buy bigger house in 3 year with half of your share.

Bazarguru just keep up. one days it will pay off for sure. Personally, i will sell my shares only when i can buy a decent house from it. I have set a timeframe of 5 yrs. 2yrs gone 3 yrs left. if a bull starts within next 3 yrs, i will most probably acheive my target. Until then i am adding little by little.

Rising sun ji tatha sara mitra haru,
Ma sanga aaile paiso chaina. Stop loss strategy kaile garna sakiyena.
Yo rate ma if I had money like I did in 2015, I would have bought thousands and thousands of kittas. I am still adding by the way. Salary bata 5000 every month; kahi bata extra cash aayeko 2000-3000 anything I get i'm adding. Cash dividends have all been reinvested.
WHY??
Cause yo fall haru temporary ho. We've seen it before and we will see it again and again. I am not looking at the prices. I know the companies that's why I am buying. Company ramro cha bhane ajja add gari nei rahanchu.
Aba ta badyo, double bhayo bhane pani share chai bechinna. I will hold hold and hold.
Its time to grow up also in NEPSE. To be the next level investor one must act in a more matured way.
Sadhai hereko cha eti ghatyo ya eti badyo... Esto garda garda wakka lagi sakyo aba, I'm just going to sit this bear out.
Happy Investment

Its not normal ups and downs which concerned me. Its forceful crash they caused, and even after the crash they did not reverse their decision. main is NRB's margin loan decision.
During last year, there were a few dates from where I thought Market would begin to gain confidence. I was wrong all the time.
This time, also, I have hope, not cause of its new govt or its Oli govt, Its cause Oli has been positive about the market and he has already cleared about VAT issue. And I think he will push for NEPSE/Market modernization and also address banking crisis too.

Agreed Bajarguru ji. Bull is tide .Now it is approaching it's level just tide approaches water level after it's climax. The level would be the dizesting capacity of Neplese investors .How much is it ? Unknown . Nepse finds it one-day .That would be the end point of Bear. « Last edit by LBS on Tue Feb 13, 2018 9:00 am. »
