The Occupancy rate in 5* star hotels are declining. Apart from there also increase in Operational cost due hike in salaries and wages.. So i in near term the Revenue are likely to decline for the Hotel Industry. Also rumors around the Corner that OHL is planning for FPO in days to come.
In Current Market Scenario FPO means decline in Share Prices of the Stocks. Erosion of Market capitalization !!  |

Agree with 75% I trade, about OHL.Surely,in very recent future,seller shall realize their mistake.

No charm at hotel stock ..Im away from these stocks...little flactuation could be seen in ohl for trader.

Im amazed that there were no buyer at OHL today all over the day though there were nominal sell order too..... isnt it speculative share ?? |

Hotel are a good sectors to Invest. though in the Past their track record was not that good in terms of earning !!
Among all 3 hotels i am more bullish on OHL then followed by SHL and at last TRH . Disclosure : Please Invest after understanding your Risk and Reward Ratio.  |

I felt you are very wise and smart investor......you talked about ohl today it has shown its true colour... You know, OHL is a international chain hotel which has around 10 arba assets... You talked about built in process 3 star resort at Chandragiri hill..that is also true... Moreover you could meet NIF chairman Mr Ambika Paudel to obtain more reliable infos about the connection of Chandragiri Resort and OHL... The hidden megha project of Chandragiri project is that hotel...there are lots of other hidden treasure about the project....b the time all will be disclosed..... |

ohl 755 trh 290 all 5 star hotel stocks... shl le kehi sa dekhi nai dividend khuwaudai chha .....face value 10 ko ahile 370 tira aneko 100 ko 3700 ho ohl le 2-3 sal dekhi dividend kuwaudai chha.....ahileyesma players pani lagekochhan vanchhan...khas gari Hathway ,ime group ko le kineko kuro chha.....ohl...Radission hotel ma 70-100% hotel occupied hunchha.....chandragiri ma bandai gareko 3 star hotel and resort lai raddission ko chai hotel ko rupama laijane kuro pani suninchha...Ambika group ka kohi ek aaudai gareko ohl ko AGM bata BOD ma jane halla ni garchhan........ohl ko vau 1500 jati puryauchha vanera kahi katai halla gareko suninchha....
