Cause number 1)
Huge expense (almost 15 kharba) is needeed for infrastructure ,salary,pay , etc.

This is the vital cause which has chain sub causes/effects

Sub Causes

1) Internal loan :it will pull money to governance fund.

2)Capital flights: marwadi and other withdrawn huge depsit from banks..let's see the effect in Q2.

3)massive increase taxes: it will create terror eg.

a) land capital gain tax at least 12% ie 140% to 280% rise.
b) share cgt at least 10% ie 100% or VAT 13% on broker commission

4) Strict on Black money: citizens are using land gold share etc to make black money to white.eg
A had 2 crores black money..he purchase of land of 2 crores but paid tax just of 40 lakhs and he sold it at 2.1 corers but he made he had sold@ 2.2 lakhs .He purified black money.
Government needs to revalued lands prices at policy level.

5) Strict on the sector of black money generators: land gold cashino creates black money...again I took eg in land .a comman man purchase land of 5 lakhs cost by his hard earned money but he makes as if he has bought @2 lakhs ..he sells after 6 years @ 30 lakhs but makes as if he sold @8 lakhs.he pays tax for 8-2=6 lakhs capital gain .in this way he creates 30-8 22 lakhs black money....government should tight such transsections.

6) Tight for business class, such as cmpanies of Khetan, chaudhari,marwadi,golchha etc...in fact they are big criminals...uniharule rajyalai tirnu parne karko 90% chhali gardo rahechhan neta bureaucracy sanga milera..eg Khetan and DG chudamani sharma connection.

Causes no 2) The GDP size of Nepal is 26 kharb , whereas annual normal budget rise is 10-25%but the GDP growth is less than 10% eg..upcomming government is going to declare 15.75 kharba budget....it is beyond our capacity..ghata budget..doner sang kati bhikh magne?

Cause no 3) ncell le 25 arba paisa lijada kasto situation create hola lawers are not the economist..they don't know ahile national 2 arba le minus chha 25 arba bahir jada kasto impact parchha?
Causes no 4)

According to TA market will go down to the level of 1400-1420 level.
