आज ५ दिन बितिसक्यो, ASBA लाई computerized सिस्टम भनेको छ,

तर status हेर्दा unverified भन्छ,

कतो लोसे हाम्रो ASBA System,

form apply गरेको कति दिनमा verify हुन्छ,कतै जानकारी छैन,

बरु पुरानै तरिकाले Right share भरेको भए,
एकै दिनमा काम फत्ते हुन्थ्यो,

यसरी फोरममा आएर,गुनासो गरिरहन पनि पर्दैनथ्यो l

२०७४-८-२२ बाट खुलेको civil bank को right share,

१० दिन ढिला भए पनि आज २०७४-९-2 बाट,prabhu बैंकबाट online भर्न मिल्ने भएछ,

यसको लागि प्रभु बैंकलाई धन्यबाद र

staff हरुलाई बेलाबेला refreshment training दिन सुझाब पनि गरिन्छ l

यस्तै छ चाला,यस्तै system मा आफुलाई अभ्यस्त पार्ने कि,यो ठिक भएन भनेर आवाज उठाउने हो,
निर्णय लिनु पर्ने समय आईसक्यो,सम्बन्धित निकाय कानमा तेल हालेर बस्छ क्यार ?

Problem in Nepali Corporate culture is that when the higher ups make decisions, they don't trickled down to those who actually has to do the work.

Case in point, when MEGA decided to extend the deadline for it's last right share, the people at the branches didn't know about it until about 1030 AM when those who had read the announcement in national dailies said it had extended it for two more weeks. There was a line at Baneshwor branch since 915 AM thinking it was the last day to apply.

So, even if Prabhu Bank did allow ASBA for right share, most probably, those who has to do the work may not have known about it yet.

नभए सम्बन्धित निकायले स्पष्टीकरण लिन सक्नु पर्यो l
