hERo ji.....dont put over ambitious data.....1 arba to 1 kharba.....

what a fool calculation you made....spread rate 3???? what u think????
bank ma 1 kharba deposit aayo ra spread rate 3% vo vane ..3% net income ho bank ko where as bank does not distribute as divident from that spread of 3%

BUT,
CIT ma 1 kharba ko deposit hoina tyo fund ho......first of all be clear about that.....tyo fund invest garda 3% spread vayo vane tyo net income hoina bank ko jasto....jus bata tax ...provisions...expenses and other liabilities ghataera...baki paisa shareholder lai badna mildaina bank ma jasto......

bank ma aaune depositor prati bank liable hudaina except kabul gareko interest rate ,,but CIT has to distribute profit to the sources of fund.....

Though CIT is one of the best stock ho no doubt.....but price should be considered.........lets wait untill 3400 line..

1. Citizen Investment Trust: -.
1.
1.
1.
1. 100 kharba deposits and increasing as the employee of provident fund also increases all time.( due to more employees in each federal state)
2. 3% spread rate and ignore cost of fund flucatuations
3. lots of investment in dividend yielding shares( NIB 2.69% LBL 10% etc etc) and higher paying interest rates.(compound effects)
4. return from Upper tamakoshi and other hydropower is huge.( makes ROI more and more)
5. government owned company as market maker. (need to raise capital for that may be upto to 10 times )
6. Return of Investment: Around 15%-20%
7. Moral : Buy at lower prices and keep it safe until prices reach Rs 20000-25000 per share.

In Nepal CIT is one company whose business module is very different from other banks and others !!

It has Mix of Product such as Pension & Retirement schemes , loan against your deposit , Market Making in Q , Merchant Banking , Private equity Investment, etc. etc. Based on these i personally feel it should be traded on PE multiple of 100+ .

Instead of people looking into its EPS & Profit they should focus on the kind of business module it is into.

Another advantage is its has a very low Paid up Capital even a small demand might push up its price which is beyond the imagination of General Public..

i suggest Buy with TGT of 5000 in short period time frame.

Irrespectve of Nepse move some stocks go up some down...
Time to catch hidden gem.....ie cit....

Prospects....1 kharba fund....at least 2% spread rate...
Karaudu kitta share ..karaodau cash dividend...
Catch 50% bonus within Baisakh 2075....
if 20% in mansir 30% in baishak
If 25% in mansir 25% in baisakh.

After 50% bonus its capital will reach 110 karod...

See the profit after upper tamakoshi production..

CIT as
Market maker after 5 arba capital...what would be the annual average dividend ???

Isnt it long term scrip??

Please share your views....
THANKS
