There is contradictory action like they gave right to convert 19% promoter share into ordinary.

I think, it could be possible in reality.

But I dont understand, why they barred promoter to apply for ordinary FPO???

It Nepal, just do it, if there is problem, they will tell you to sell one.

I am back with another question. Can I hold both ordinary and promoter share of the same company?


Additional question:
1. Recently there is massive buying of NATIONAL HYDRO POWER COMPANY LIMITED (NHPC), any idea why? In case of HIDCL the buy order is mostly 10 times more the sell but the actual buying happens smaller compared to the orders placed. Any insights into this kind of behaviour.
