Doc required to transfer shares: 1: citizenship fc 2: application to where your current dmat account is at. 3: fill the form they give you, get it from current dmat account company 4: after paying 100Rs per share, current dmat account company will return you the form you filled which you will have to take it to the company where your dmat account is at where they will stamp on that form. Then you take them to CDS. 5: you also need proof/print of opening of dmant account, of both dmat account. 6: you pay 100rs at CDS.
for pending right/bonus shares (i dont know, ask registrar) , you may have to write application to the registrar and provide them a print of opening of dmat account.

Is it easy to change bank with my DMAT account? I have a DMAT acc in a certain bank with few of my shares already dematerialized but few still pending. I am not happy at all with the service of that bank ? Can I change the bank and transfer the shares ? How will the "completed" and "pending" shares get transferred ?
