We all know, NEPSE is the market where we trade shares. NEPSE makes us easy to invest and dis-invest our wealth (share), who needs cash. Through, Nepse, we become part owner of the business. Investing in shares means investing in business. And we all know, importance of business to the country, society as well as mankind.
Now I would like to add some more (let's see, how much I would be able to think of during typing)-
1: For financially securing future, we need two thing- revenue and assets. Through NEPSE, we would be able to turn our revenue/salary/income into assets by investing in Shares of company. Just like insects correct food when there is plenty, and store it.
We human have to do the same, our options are land, gold, cash and share/business. Productivity of land is very limited, may be that is why in the world (other than Nepal) price of land is very low, PE ratio of land is low. Land price in Nepal is very high, may be that is why, wealth of public is inefficient in Nepal than rest of the world.
Gold, in the world, they invest in Gold cause they never know when the value of their currency will crash and become piece of paper over night cause they have printed a lot of money. Same is not the case in nepal so we dont need to buy too much gold.
Cash, value of cash keeps on depreciates, so holding cash is bad idea. Some so called expert talks about banks should give more interest to depositors than the inflation rate.
If that happens, economy wont progress. We need inflation so that people would not hold cash, cash should either be spent or invested, other wise there wont be enough job being created. If value of cash is not deprecated, rich will hold cash and no job will be created. Is just like in nepal- NRB, govt holding their revenue, banks holding cash in the name of CD ratio etc in VAULT, which is preventing mobilization of cash and preventing creation of more jobs and slowing economic activity.
Investing in land, gold, holding cash is bad for both country and the owner.
Now comes starting business or buying part of business/share- share is not just asset, it also generates revenue. Which makes it best way of securing economic future.
But in NEpal, majority join secondary market to make few money rather that securing future.
2: In the world, pension fund invest heavily in stock market. In nepal, instead of investing, they have been selling shares. They will regret, but problem is, till then, people wont remember current or previous, or immediate future CEOs of such pension fund to blame on.
Those pension fund has heavily invested on land. If we study, productivity of such land, we can tell, their wealth is being wasted, unproductive or less productive.
Does govt, CEOs of mutual fund really think mutual fund of civilized world are dumb that is why they have heavy investment in stock market??
3: Govt needs to make cash of public to become productive which is not invest in land, gold or hold cash.
NEPSE is the easy way to buy and sell stock that is why NEPSE has become attractive to invest cash cause they can convert their assets into cash in short time. Problem in NEPSE is, cause it's volatile, Not all nepalese want to invest.
It is wrong to think that, NEPSE going UP or down is normal. But the truth is, it not so. Stable market is normal. going up and down for no reason is not normal.
3: To develop country, financial position of the citizens need to be strong. If we invest in share market, over time, value of assets will increase and as the financial position of public become strong, those citizens will be able to invest more in industries, infrastructure etc.
4: Through NEPSE, business could bring in investment.
5: in civilized world, market price of share is very important to get loan from banks and other lenders. In nepal, our retard bureaucrat, politicians want to demotivate share loan.
That is why, when share price crashes, those company goes bankrupt- cause they wont get working capital.
6: all civilized world give importance to there share market. but our savage govt, idiot so called experts have different view.
Look at saudi arab, they saw the importance of stock market only after their revenue from oil began to dip.
