A hajur bujny bhayena reserve quota le divident paunu hunna. A certain percentage by law is required to be maintained as reserve and surplus from the profit.

Accumulated loss cover vaye pachi matra this company will provide dividends. Looking at the current financial scenario of nepal bank, accumulated loss 2074/75 ma cover hune dekhincha. After that the profit collected they can provide it as dividend or still make one's position stronger as per BOD and AGM.

Nepal bank ko strong prospect yo ho ki, it's core business is increasing. Base rate kaam nei vayeko karan, still people get loans at 11-12%. Aru bank haru ko 14-15% pugi sakeko cha.

People put 1 crore ko sampati as collateral to get a 45 lakh loan, so people will pay their interests. If interest le pugena bhane they can use their shares or land and building sales which are in prime locations throughout the country+ billions more in fixed asset.

Banking sector collapse huna ko lagi 2008 ma USA ma bhayeko jasto sub prime mortgage crisis jastai scenario hunai parxa, which in nepal is very unlikely.

Aba aayo rate ko kura NBL matra hoina almost all banks are cheap. People don't have patience in nepal and always ghata khanxan ani bechxan ani runxan.

SICL 4000 ma, EBL 3800, SCB 3800 ma kinna chai ready, tyehi ebl 1300 ma kinna rune haru dhrerai xan eta.

Buy good companies and relax. Loss/gain is a part of nepse. lets enjoy it.

All the shares i recently purchased are in loss. Not 1 is green this season. Calculator loss lai actual loss depends on my own decision. So relax and enjoy.
happy investment.

Thank you very much for your reply and suggestion. As per 3rd quaterly report NBL has paid up capitao of 7.45 arab and Reserve of 2.7 arab. How much percentage of paid up capital is required in Reserve to provide dividend?
Did yoiu mean that the present rate of NBl is cheap if we can hold for a year?

no hajur not this year. they still have a 4.5 arab accumulated loss.
this year they will recover around 2.5 arab after reserves allocation.

and next year they will fully recover. by this time their business will grow even more. local level ma they have a big presence along with Adbl.
with over 100s arab in property and an ever increasing business. yo rate ma nepal bank paunu bhaneko ta chittha parne nei ho. cause all banks will reach 8 arab. not only this it is a highly sort out share by big players especially the agrawal group and nirmal pradhan.

naya partner pani aauxa es bank ma.

long term ma dont expect 1000+ too soon but surely 600+ chai pugxa.
if they start to provide dividents it will first be in cash 20-30% and later 50-60% alomg with some bonus shares.
