Who are the main enemy of share market- NRB, SEBON, NEPSE, finance minister, so called experts, media, some banks, criminals, dumb public etc.

General public invest in share market through shares- this is suppose to be a common sense but even self pretend highly educated fools dont know this obvious fact.

It is not possible for general public like me to own big business on my own, I can own tiny piece of it through listed shares only.

There are many unlisted shares like cooperative, does any share holder in those unlisted companies are sure about their company?

Listed companies are far more transparent than unlisted.
