They want you, if you haven't, de-materialize physical shares not account. If you have already de-materialized all your shares, then you don't have to do anything.

When the banks, insurance company etc issues the bonus share directly to Demat account, they ask the shareholder to dematerialize the account. What is the meaning of this?
