In my opinion, it's correct. According to the new rule of SEBON, if book closing of right share is before the book closing of bonus share, the bonus should be distributed to the right shares as well. So, 50% right share of MDB means 30/1.5 = 20% bonus share for all.

MDB declared 30% bonus share and NRB also approved for the same but now book closure notice states only 20% bonus.
Why is it so...??? Can anybody pls clear my confusion...?? |
