Then buyer's broker is the only faulty party here. Take updates from them regularly then SEBON could be your next option. Keep your purchase bill with transaction number. Good Luck.

but sorry i didn't mentioned one thing ; that is my broker told me everything is done (clear) but still doesn't appear in my account. I don't know the reason! |

You have to ask your broker. Seller did not have the share, Seller's broker was bad, or buyer broker was bad.
If seller could not hand over share they sold, he pays 20% fine. Buyer should get the fine not others. Sebon should change the law. |

Dear Experts,
I purchased some shares 20 days ago but still not received in my demat account. As far as I know shares must received with in 4days of payment (T+3), isn't it? would you please advice me what could be the reason? Thank you |
