Gundruk Ji, Shangrila has not published third 3rd qtr on paper, so many may not have seen it, so in panic there could be some seller.

Normally, its very good company, but some how, there is 6 crore NPL, I am hoping it will recover in 4th quarter, so I recommended to purchase after it is published on the paper.

Dont know why they are taking this long, could they revise the BS and publish different BS?

Dont know much about manjushree finance, i just checked it, there seems be to more than 100% right share. and profit 17EPS.

Rising sun ji, is there a reason that you recommend purchasing SADBL after the 3rd qtr report is published? Is it because there is not much change in the EPS between 2nd and 3rd qtr?

Here is the link to the 3rd qtr:

Also, if you are familiar with MFIL, can you please share some knowledge?

Thank you!

Has price of NEPAL GRAMEEN settled?

Can we expect its price to cross 1000/1200 before 4th qtr report?

Gundruk Ji, KDBL looks improving but we should not consider its EPS/Income to be sustainable for short or mid term. But I think price will increase.

I have not followed tinau.

You can buy some of muktinath. some of SADBL after third quarter report published in the media and some after 4th quarter report, purnima dev. etc.

True. But given that it's successfully dropped its NPL and increased its operating profit, it's managing to become a much more profitable institution right? I mean, all of it is not just write back.

Are there any other dev banks that you recommend studying? How's Tinau?

"If somebody ask me, where do I put my money to make possible 100% gain in one year?
- my answer, good dev banks and NEpal grameen. "

Dear Rising Sun and others,

What is your opinion on Kasthmandap Dev Bank? According to the 3rd quarter report, It's operating profit is up 90%, net profit by 290%, NPL stands at 2.6, EPS at 37.8 and PE at 7.9. Also, it will have to soon increase it's paid up as it stands at 67 cr. Is it quite undervalued or am I missing something?

Thanks!

Find out which companies is Overvalued and Undervalued as per Price to Earnings ratio (Exclusive Study)
http://www.sharesansar.com/find-out-which-companies-is-overvalued-and-undervalued-as-per-price-to-earnings-ratio-exclusive-study/

-Grameen missing- its PE ratio is around 23, lowest. around that ratio of other micro are either their price still has not been fixed or has not added bonus or right share.

-Cause of PE ratio, I have been saying, dev bank is the cheapest and has the most potential to increase.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IF some body ask me, where do I put my money to make possible 50% gain in one year?
- my answer would be low and mid cap bank, micro, general insurance.

Ramesh N je is right Gundruk ji.
They showed 2.5C negative in last quarter but this times BS , second quarter's balance is shown 11C negative. It could be incompetency of accountant , i have little problem with that but they could have released a notice after they realize their mistake months ago.

My main problem, I think some management and merolagani are involved in criminal activity ( if this were in US they would have went to jail for decades and lost all their property.

I think some management, who gave interview to merolagani and merolagani are involved in insider trading and fraud. They knew what was coming so to increase price and to create demand they talked about FPO.

Media was suppose to mention about mistake in second quarter report but instead they ignored it and published 26 crore as third quarter's operating profit.

They are criminals.

And this is not the first time merolagani is involvement in criminal activity.

Its time to check the face of CEO of merolagani, could be useful some day.

In second quarter reserve -2 cror. In third quarter reserve -7 cror.
profit also decreased. eps decreased. in this ratio they will be profit only next year. if NRB apply spread rate in micro, NGBBL will never in profit.
Some media profit booked like FPO will come and other positive news.
I think investor also be clever.

before minor bad news like Nepal Grameen's BS, media and bank official spread rumor about good news and some 10000 of thousands of shares were dumped.

Sebon, nepse needs to punish those media and bank official and make them pay crore of fine.

And my suggestion to those criminals is "DONT WALK ALONE ESPECIALLY DURING NIGHT".
