For 50% right share with eps around 33 mdb(miteri bikas bank) also also seems to be cheap stock.with good bonus share every year,

Dear friends I think Bpcl is low priced script.kabeli A & Nyadi hydro's construction is begin this year.A huge fund is required to inject as a capital committed by bpcl.so high chances for bonus or right share for next year.its net profit will increase in 72/73 minimum by 60% due to the fully operation of upgraded Aandhi khola hydro,reduction in generation cost and increment on $ exchange Rate.(dividend from khimti hydro @ us &.)

GBBL might be one of them. SAFL with 16& BS in pipeline.
If you wana go for really cheap stock with negligible risk, NTC is one of them, but profit will also not be that high.
