it has announced that Rs.2400000000 will be collected from existing share holders to build 40 mw chameleya and 8mw upper naugad so price is going high. investors are expecting 1:2.4 right share from this company but it is just a plan of company, a long period will take to issue the right share if the plan will succeed. New and small investors should be aware.
