It seems they are also involved otherwise why they don't want to take action.

Some brokers are continuously doing hunting job. They have nothing to do with investors' buy or sale orders, they always engaged in purchasing cheaper shares for themselves and selling rocketing shares forcefully . Mainly small investors are being victims of these brokers. Why don't stock exchange or nepse monitor these crime ?
