The accumulated profit has arised due to merger n profit of clean m others. But merger completed in 72/73 so could not declare in last agm. But next year more than 25% capacity is arised due to accumulated profit, another 10/15 % will b from this year profit so for next year it will hit the market..

Although it is capable of providing more than 20% bonus from last year, why it only proposed 8% dividend? Any Idea?
