Current situation and examples reveals that if low priced good development banks are merged with good A class bank then dev. bank price will hike; then why not to invest on such companies. But the -ve aspect is if it will merge with bad Bfis then what will be its future ? Only hopes of synergy effects.

yup ,its look like . They have invested more in development banks>Commercial banks>laghubitta. before 56% into cbank now 48 %only of thier total investment. Which means if insurance board announced capital increment then many small investor will be profited.
