Nepal Bank Ltd started trading from 17 Dec 2012 after it's stock was re-listed, We all witnessed how it's stock price started to increase and touched the height of Rs. 1321 by Jan 08 and after that it's stock price started to decrease gradually by some significant amount until May 9th 2012, When its stock price was suddenly down by Rs. 387, leaving its price around to Rs. 150. And now its current stock price is about Rs. 170 . In between these, Nepal bank issued right share at the ratio of 1:9.51. Now as a learner I would like to know the experts view, if the issuance of right share was the only cause of the downfall of its stock price, but again why did its price increased in the beginning, was it real worthfull during that time or it increased because of the news of right share issue?
