Looking at the business portfolio of ILFC, it has to and will go down with any one of the commercial banks. Commercial banks too will have a great opportunity to increase 2 arab in their paid capital by acquiring ILFC

i do not believe ebl will merge with ilfc. ebl may however acquire it if the terms are acceptable. the promoters of ilfc may finally settle by choosing to keep it a national level dev. bank with 2.5b capital.

There's one more news in the market and which seems like it might be true as we. BK Shrestha is buying a chunk of shares of ILFC by selling EBL. And then, EBL will be acquiring ILFC with 10 to 15% max swap ratio. looks like ILFC is the hottest share in the market right now.
