The latest directive has restricted even the use of share premium, which is held in reserve, for distribution of bonus share.

Shooting Star jee, exactly. As per provision, Premium from swap ratio should be regularized within 2 years of merger. Hence, this is the year that NIC asia have to regularize the amount. Further, NRB has restricted to distribute cash dividend from the premium. Hence we can expect at least that amount of bonus share from NIC.

how can possibly NIC-asia give 40-50% bonus without using reserve which is restricted by NRB.
Rumors say thay can use reseve of 1arab from merge , can anyone elaborate about this,
Without using reserve ,maximum bonus-25% but they are morelikely to give 20% or slithly less.

Thirdeye jee, their might be no right shares, at least this year. My calculation still says minimum 40% and max 50% bonus share sharemarket jee and thirdeye jee. And who wants a right share if you can get 40% to 50% bonus, isn't it.

nic asia is likely to give about 22% bonus if reserve can't be used. in that case it may however give about 30% or more right share.

As per my calculation, NIC may give minimum of 40% bonus shares. might be 40% to 50% bonus shares

By analysing the #4th quarter report ,
my guess for NIcasia's plan might be 20%bonus 25%-33% right share and merge/acquisition
