yes, I agree with Dilbertji. merolagani.com's news and articles seems very immatured, ethic less and unprofessional.

I don't trust merolagani.com just by the way they write their articles. They sound like someone without much knowledge or with ulterior motives is writing them. The articles also sound more like from tabloid news than serious news outlet.

dilbert ji, you may right. if that is the case the information published by merolagani is wrong either on its part or on the part of NRB staff.

I think some companies send more than they are required by law to reserve so that they can use that for future dividend. This way the the investor will see that the company is giving out constant dividend.

yes arbinsakyaji. kinaki kaile kaile yo patrika le hawadar and fake samachar pani banauchhan. yini haruko integrity chha bhanera biswas garna patkkai skinaa.
mero bichar ma, afterall reserve jata bata ayepani income or saving kai part hoina ra? tesma equity holders ko pura hak hunu parne ho. if what RB said is true, then it is better not to look at all on the reserve position while deciding to invest in shares. « Last edit by thirdeye on Wed Aug 12, 2015 9:30 am. » |

Arbinshakya ji, I dont know exact, but I heard Bfi cant give bonus or dividend from regular reserve but they can give bonus from reserve they collect during acquisition and merger.
I heard NICasia have around 1 billion such reserve from mergering with bank of asia and Muktinath may have few crore came from acquiring civic development. |

Dear Bimalman Sir, Dilbert Ji, The Rising Sun Ji and other friends, as it is mentioned in merolagani.com, Can banks and financial institutions give bonus shares from their reserve and surplus fund? Please share your knowledge, thank you.
