Dilbert and Ramesh N ji's thought is right,
Last year halla ko pachhi lagda, I bought this share @209 X 3000K (Halla thiyo 350 pugchha vanne), later I studied deeply about it and I got this price is not fare, I think its price should be less than IPO Because Last many years No any Dividend not published any financial status. later I sold It 140 and this amount I invested other (MDBL) 163 and sold 246 and able to recover some loss. I mean small investor always be careful market rumors, And 2 time think before to buy like this share. happy investing. Jay Hos.

Isn't the reason why NHPC's debt is being paid off is because Nabil Bank has taken over it's finances? We still don't know what will happen once Nabil is done with getting it's money back and lets the same people who swindled them take care of the finances. And there is still the matter of missing funds from their 'right share' issuance. There was also the issue of, maybe just rumors, that NB Group printed fake certificates and sold them. If you ask me, I will not touch their shares with a 10 foot pole. « Last edit by Dilbert on Wed Jul 15, 2015 12:57 pm. »

no doubt, NB is a fraud gang. Neupane group also skims off most of profit for its promoters who are in management. heard NB group has no more high handedness in NHPC like before. Like some other companies, NHPC is not a reliable company to invest. unfortunately what matters in NEPSE is cheap price and halla, no real worth and reliability of the company in question. « Last edit by thirdeye on Wed Jul 15, 2015 11:24 am. »

I see debate of Api hydro in many forum. How many profit shareholder of AHPC and NHPC get from starting. It is not fare to compare Guru neupane and NB Group. We can't belive NB Group. In many year they publish Quartly report now. Right share collected mony is not there. It may be also other strategy to sell their share of NHPC. We shuld be far from NHPC. We shuld change share market being gambeling. They are in many froud case. They are collecting mony in Swiss Bank.

at NHPC's market price of 118, it should be worth buying as coompared to API. management of both NHPC and API are similar in terms of relaibility and mismanagement.

I am calculating on Gross Please mind it and say yourself which one is good NHPC or Api
NHPC =========== Yearly Sales 20 Crore (because till Q3 it is about 14 crore) Paid up 138 Crore Gross EPS 20/138 =14+
Api ============== Yearly Sales 24 Crore(Projection for F/Y 72/73 although there is chance of 57 crore too in 74/75) Paid up 100 crore Gross EPS 24/100=24
Other costs (Administrative, Operational, Insurance, Depreciation) are almost same for all hydro companies on this range of MW, if that reduces EPS of one same does for another. So which one is best?

IPO in Appi Hydro collect money 30 times. that mean if I invest Rs. 100000( for 1000 Kittas) @ 12 % interest in this share i will get only 3% i.e. 30 Kittas.
I will get back my invest after 2 months.
I have to add my interest Rs.2000 in the cost of that 30 kittas.
My total Cost of that 30 Kittas Share is Rs. 5000.
It means My Net Cost of 1 Kitta Share of Appi Hydro = Rs.5000/30 = Rs.166.67
The Price of NHPC is in Secondary Market is RS. 118 nowadays.
NHPC is earning 7 karod average per year and in coming Poush the
company is going setteled all old Loan with Nabil Bank and there are
more than 24 Karod in Reserve and So that Net Worth is also more than
Appi and AHPC also because Net Worth of Appy is only 97 , AHPC is 114 and NHPC is 115.
NHPC is preparing to do AGM near future.
Now Bad Shadow of NB Group is very less than before because NCCB Bank had
sold many more Shares of that Group in Secondary Market from Broker No. 25
.So they have no big % of Shares like before.
What do you think Friends?
