-I think we can reduce cost even more, If govt. use above technique by building bedroom using above technique and other parts using better traditional method- especially in the villages and hilly area.

If bedroom is safe, we can sleep sound.

- We can build other rooms in the one side of the bed room using better traditional method, and make sure traditionally build rooms wont fall on the new methodly built bedrooms.

-I wish to see people in remote area to be relocated in about to be built small cities.

-I want govt. to buy land in older, congested area of kathmandu and build park so that people can have safe place to run to, in future, when there is an earthquake. I think 5/10 billion in next budget is enough.

- Cheap loan to build house is already there.
- Hope there is cheap loan to rebuild business, agriculture etc would be available.
